It was great seeing you all at the QA Summit and I believe you have expressed an interest in having electronic copies of the packet we shared. Attached are our QA Case Management reports which are created following a new counselor [Johnny B. Goode] review and 2 versions of our QA Quarterly Newsletter.

- QA Summary Review outlining strengths, consistent areas, and recommendations
- Summary of Cases Report representing the overall percentages of “yes/no” responses
- Comments Report containing the individual comments made on each case reviewed
- Quality Questions Report which are questions combined throughout the review and are expected to be addressed throughout the life of the case
- QA Performance Appraisal Report relating questions on the QA Tool to Performance Areas within the Counselor’s Performance Appraisal
