— (07/05/2015) We are moving to an on-line application and wanted to know for those of you who are doing this, when the application is sent to you, are you listing the participant as a referral or as an applicant? We use AWARE and have the referral module but aren’t sure if once we receive the application whether we should put the information in the Referral Module and the Application module, or just the Application Module?

If an individual submits a e-application they may be considered an Applicant base on 34 CFR 361.41 b, 2, i, C. Will the e-application communicate with AWARE and automatically complete the basic application in AWARE?
