First Name* Last Name* Email* Question We are interested in exploring the methods other states are utilizing to complete the Semi annual and Annual reviews of individuals in Extended Employment to be in compliance with the regulations regarding obtaining signatures from the individuals on the reviews. Are you completing the reviews and obtaining the signatures in person, electronically, by mail or any other method? What are the response rates? What system are you using to keep track of the reviews? We are considering the option of mailing out the surveys. Before we implement the process, we would like to get feedback from other states on the processes they have in place, what works and what doesn't.
