Summary: This is the first training in the “Program Evaluation: Quality Assurance” series. This session introduced the training series and discussed how VR systems interact and the importance of quality assurance to strategic planning. We are going to emphasize the push for quality assurance in today’s vocational rehabilitation agencies in order to promote evidence-based practice, transparency, and continuous improvement.
